全身运动评估技术及其应用 被引量:5

摘要 由于围生医学和急救学水平的发展,围生儿死亡率降低,神经系统发育异常的高危儿的存活率逐渐增加,因此早期准确地预测各种异常神经发育结局,例如脑瘫、多动症、行为发育异常等十分重要。长期以来运用的传统神经系统检查法,如颅脑超声、脑电图等,存在不同程度的费用高、程序复杂、预测神经系统结局价值低的问题。Prechtl等提出的全身运动(general movements,GM)评估技术,现在已有大量研究支持是预测婴儿脑功能异常可靠的有价值的工具,但在我国临床应用并不普遍,因此本综述旨在对全身运动评估的概念及方法进行系统的总结和介绍。
