摘要
从建设生态文明,构建和谐广州的理念出发,对广州林业法制建设进行具体分析,并提出实施生态立法、整合执法队伍、建立稽查机构、开展生态普鳕、强化政府生态职能等思路和实施途径。
According to the concepts of building ecological civilization and constructing harmonious Guangzhou, an analysis of forestry legal system in Guangzhou was conducted. Proposals were made on approaches to legislation of ecological protection, integration of law enforcement, establishment of inspection agencies, dissemination of Laws on ecological protection, intensification of governmental functions on ecology protection. The paper also probe into the ways of how to build and guide ecological civilization construction through the legal system.
