摘要
研究了织物增强混凝土薄板的受力性能。首先与企业合作研究了对织物施加预应力的设备,测试了织物的力学性能,同时配制了与织物性能相适应的高性能混凝土,然后对织物增强混凝土薄板抗折性能、抗弯性能和粘结性能进行测试。试验表明,用织物增强混凝土薄板,具有较高的抗折和抗弯承载力,同时具有良好的变形性能;对织物施加预应力后,薄板的开裂荷载提高,裂缝宽度减小。对纤维织物浸胶后,会明显改善纤维织物与混凝土之间的界面粘结性能。并根据试验结果,分析了纤维织物与混凝土的粘结锚固机理。
The resistance flexure performance research on concrete sheet is carried out.First, we research the equipments in adding prestressed to textile cooperated with enterprise, test the mechanics performance of the textile, prepare the high performance concrete to adapt textile, then test the flexure performance in textile reinforced concrete sheet.The results of the experiments indicate that the textile reinforced concrete sheet has high resistance flexure performance and better deformation performance;The prestressed concrete sheet has higher crack load and smaller crack width.Impregnated the fiber textile will improve bond behavior.Based on the experiment results, the theory of bond behavior between fiber textile and concrete is analized.
