摘要
右美托咪啶为高效、高选择性的α_2肾上腺素能受体激动剂,具有剂量依赖性的镇静、镇痛、抗焦虑、交感神经抑制等作用,副作用少而轻,已于1999年在美国批准用于重症监护病房(ICU)成人的镇静、镇痛,并已在神经外科手术,用于术前用药、全麻辅助药、术后镇痛,治疗撤药反应等诸多临床实践中获得成功应用。现就其药理作用及临床应用作一综述。
Dexmedetomidine is a potent and highly selective [ alpha] 2 -adrenoceptor agonist,it provides dose -dependent sedation, analgesia, anxiolysis and sympatholysis with less and light side - effects. It was approved for adult sedation and analgesia use in the intensive care unit（ICU） in the USA in 1999, and has been successfully used in the neurological surgery, premedication and postoperative analgesia, in the treatment of drug withdraw and as an adjunct to general anesthesia. This review focuses on the advances of its pharmacology and clinical use.
