摘要
气阀是往复式压缩机关键且故障率最高的部件。气阀工作状态直接影响压缩机排气效率、功率消耗和运行可靠性。气阀故障诊断是往复式压缩机故障诊断研究的重点之一。文章通过对天然气压缩机环形阀结构和工作机理的分析,总结出环形阀典型的故障形式和故障信号特征。
Gas valve is one of the key parts in reciprocating compressor, which has the highest failure rate. The working condition influences the exhaust efficiency, power consumption and operational reliability of the compressor. The fault diagnosis of gas valve is one of keystones researching the fault diagnosis of reciprocating compressor. By analyzing structure and working mechanism?of annulus valve of compressor, this paper sums up the typical fault mode of annulus valve and the characters of fault signal of annulus valve.
