摘要
郑燕祥对教育效能的分析指出了学校效能的多元性和复杂性,但对学校效能差异性的认识不全面。学校效能改进模型是对郑燕祥教育效能观的补充,指出学校效能的静态差异及学校效能改进的动态差异,对学校效能改进具有一定启示。
Zheng Yanxiang pointed out the variety and complication in his analysis on education validity;however his analysis on school validity variety was not adequate. School validity dynamic improved mould is a complement to Zheng Yanxiang' s education validity theory, and points out school validity dynamic variety as well as static variety. The theory offers enlightenment to the trnasformation of school validity.
