摘要
从武墨、沁沁两条地方铁路建设过程中存在的资金问题入手,阐述了强化企业资金管理、提高资金使用效率的重要性,并提出了强化地方铁路基本建设资金管理的措施。
Starting from the problem of the fund existing in the course of the construction of the local railways of Wumo Line and Qinqin Line, this paper expounds the importance of strengthening enterprise＇s fund management and increasing the fund utilization efficiency, and puts forward some measures for strengthening the management of the capital constructive fund of local railway industry.
