摘要
对济宁市部分县养鸭场雏鸭所发疾病进行调查,根据临床症状、病理变化及病原分离鉴定,确诊为大肠杆菌与里默氏杆菌混合感染。从部分养鸭场分离出的细菌通过形态染色特征和生化试验,得到大肠杆菌和里默氏杆菌各20株,并作药敏试验。结果表明鸭大肠杆菌多数菌株对丁胺卡那霉素、新霉素等抗生素高度敏感,鸭里默氏杆菌多数菌株对庆大霉素、丁胺卡那霉素和新霉素高度敏感。
In an epidemic investigation on some duck farms in Jining, the disease of the ducks was diagnosed as co-infection of colibacillosis and RiemereUa anatipestifersis based on the clinic symptoms, pathogenic changes and pathogen isolation and identification. Twenty colibacillosis and Twenty Riemerella anatipestifersis strains were isolated from the infected ducklings. Antibiotics sensitivity test indicated that most of the isolated coli bacillosis had high sensitivity to amikacin and neomycin, RiemereUa anatipestifersis had high sensitivity to gentamycin, amikacin and neomycin.
