摘要
实行生产要素按贡献参与分配是我国高等学校收入分配制度改革的重要内容,有利于调动教师的积极性,实现资源的优化配置,确立各种合法非劳动收入的地位,缩小效率与公平关系下的收入分配差距。实现此制度改革,须提高人们的思想认识,完善机制,建立以生产要素参与分配为主导的多元化收益分配的模式,优化实施的内外部环境。
To implement that production factors distribution according to the contribution is an important content of Chinese universities' income distribution system reform, which is helpful to motive the enthusiasm of teachers, realize the optimized deployment of resources and establish the status of various legal non-working income and narrow clown the income distribution gap under the relationship between efficiency and justice. To carry out the system reform, we must improve people's cognition, perfect the mechanism, establish pluralistic benefit discribution mode dominated by production factors' participation-oriented in distribution and optimize the internal and external environment.
