摘要
目的探讨中医传统理论的分子微观意义。方法以中医制方理论"君臣佐使"为参照,对黄连解毒汤药效分子进行功能分群,引入计算机虚拟筛选技术。结果经过实验建立的复方分子功能分群标准,发现黄连解毒汤265个化学成分分子中"君药"分子12个,"臣药"分子152个,"佐药"分子48个,"使药"分子53个。结论中药复方药效分子之间存在"君臣佐使"的功能分群,中药复方"君臣佐使"的制方理论具有分子微观意义。
Objective To discuss the molecular microcosmic meaning of principle in traditional Chinese Medicine ( TCM ). Methods To classify the pharmacodynamic molecules in huanglian detoxiciting decoction by function, deploying the technology of computer virtual screening. Results According to the standard build in this experiment, 12 molecules of jun- component, 152 molecules of chen-component, 48 molecules of zuo-component, and 53 molecules of shi-component was found in 265 ingredient molecules in huanglian detoxiciting decoction. Conclusion The functional classification principle of junchenzuoshi rules the pharmacodynamic molecules in TCM, and the traditional principle of Chinese medicine, junchenzuoahi, do have the molecular microcosmic meaning.
