摘要
本文从陕西省图书馆新书外借室的基本情况入手,通过大量的统计数据,分析了读者状况、馆藏利用等情况,指出了管理和服务当中存在的问题,并提出了强化服务意识、开展读者教育、加强监督管理、实施激励机制等四项解决问题的应对措施。
Combined with statistical data, the article first analyzes the readers＇ status and the collection utilization of the new book loan room of Shaanxi Provincial Library. Then, the article points out the problems in management and reader service. Lasdy, the article puts forward the measures against these problems.
