摘要
通过对现场浇注铁沟料和使用铁沟浇注料预制件的优缺点的比较,作者认为对于多铁口的高炉,采用现场浇注铁沟料比较合适。鞍钢10号高炉有4个铁口,出铁条件较好,采用了现场浇注铁沟料,主铁沟和砂口的通铁量达到12～13万t,吨铁耐火材料消耗为0.6kg,取得了较好的效果。
By comparing the on-the-spot casting of the iron runner and the use of the casting prefabricated iron runner , the author considers that the on-the-spot casting of the iron runner is better for the BF with 3 or 4 tapholes . The method of the on-the-spot casting of the iron runner was adopted at No.10 BF with 4 tapholes of Anshan I & S Group Co., the hot metal throughput reached 12 to 13 ten thousands tons and the consumption of refractory was 0.6 kg/tHM.
