摘要
因矿产开采而导致当地的生态环境恶化等是资源型城市发展演化过程中客观存在的现象。为促进资源型城市的可持续发展,应在利用RESE系统的"持续—协调"测度模型对城市发展进行实证分析的基础上,大力发展循环经济,强化城市职能,促进结构优化,推动资源型城市向现代城市转型。
Environmental deterioration is a common phenomenon in resource-based cities due to resource exploitation. To promote the sustainable development of these cities, we should analyze the city＇s development based on RESE system＇s ＂sustain-coordinate＂ model, develop circular economy, enhance economic structure optimization, and push their transformation toward modern cities.
