摘要
本研究对高锰酸钾氧化愈创木艹奥(1)的反应条件进行了较详细探讨。结果表明,溶剂丙酮含水率是影响目的物1-愈创木艹奥羧酸(3)和1-愈创木艹奥甲醛(4)得率的主要因素;氧化剂用量影响氧化反应的转化率,但对目的物得率无明显影响。温度对转化率和目的物得率的影响均不显著。选定反应条件为:4%水-丙酮。
Optimum conditions for preparing 7 isopropy1 4 methyl 1 azulenecarboxylic acid (3) and 7 isopropy1 4 methyl 1 azulenecarboxaldehyde (4) by the KMnO 4 oxidation of guaiazulene (1) in H 2O acetone were determined through orthogonal tests, and they were 4% H 2O acetone, 45℃ and 3 times KMnO 4 of guaiazulene. It was found that the ratio of water in acetone was the main factor influencing the total molar yield of compounds (3) and (4), KMnO 4 influenced the conversion of (1), but the temperature had little influence on both.
