摘要
界定医院药事管理风险的定义,将其分为医院药品质量风险、医院药品经营风险、临床药学服务职业风险3类。还提出优化医院药事管理制度,提高医院药事工作效率;确立药品经营策略,保证药品经营收入持续稳健上升;转移药事管理风险,降耗增效等措施控制和处置医院药事管理风险,探讨如何进行医院药事风险管理。
The risk management of hospital pharmacy is defined and divide into hospital medicine quality risk, hospital medicine management risk and Clinical Pharmacy occupational risk. Furthermore, the author gives some points to control and treatment the risk of hospital pharmacy management , such as we should optimize the hospital pharmacy management system to increase the hospital pharmacy word efficiency, establish the medicine operating strategy to keep the medicine income increasing, move pharmacy management risk to lower consumption increase efficiency.
