摘要
目的:观察菟丝子对亚急性衰老模型小鼠皮肤中相关指标的影响,揭示菟丝子延缓衰老的作用机制。方法:采用醇水双重提取法制备菟丝子提取物,采用D-半乳糖颈背部皮下注射复制小鼠亚急性衰老模型,给药组小鼠灌胃给予不同剂量药物,试验结束时检测小鼠皮肤匀浆中相关指标及观察形态学变化。结果:高、中剂量菟丝子能够显著提高衰老模型小鼠皮肤中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和羟脯氨酸(Hyp)、皮肤水分(water)的含量(P<0.01或P<0.05),降低丙二醛(MDA)、脂褐质(Lf)含量(P<0.01或P<0.05)。衰老皮肤的形态学得到改善。结论:菟丝子能够有效延缓模型小鼠的皮肤老化,结合有关研究说明菟丝子能从多层面起到延缓衰老作用。
Objective: To reveal the anti-aging mechanism of Chinese Dodder seed through the observation of the effect on the skin indicators of the sub-acute aging mice. Methods: This research adopted the extraction method of both alcohol and water to prepare the extract, and established the sub-acute aging model mice by ip-D galactose. The mice of the medication groups were fed the Dodder seed extract with different doses. At the end of experiment, the correlated indicators of the skin homogenate of the mice were measured, and the structure of the skin was observed. Results: the high and medium doses of Chinese Dodder seed could greatly increase the content of SOD, Hyp and water in the mice's skin ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ), and reduce the content of MDA and Lf in the skin tissue of the mice (P〈0.01 or P 〈 0.05) . The structure of the aging skin was improved. Conclusion: Chinese Dodder seed can obviously delay the skin aging process of sub-acute aging model mice. Combined with relevant studies, the results indicate that Chinese Dodder seed can delay the aging process from several aspects.
