摘要
发展循环经济是我国实施可持续发展的必然选择,也是对可持续发展的深化和具体化。有效的政府政策和法律体系是循环经济发展的重要推动力和必要保障。石家庄在发展循环经济的过程中,亟须加强政策措施建设以保障其顺利、健康发展。
To develop the circular economy is necessary and concrete for sustainable development in China. The effective policies and legal system are an important driving force and necessary guarantee for the development of circular economy. In the process of developing circular economy, Shijiazhuang should enhance policy construction to make sure the smooth and health development of circular economy.
