摘要
轻钢结构具有施工周期短、工业化程度高的特点,因此被广泛应用于厂房建设,但由于起步较晚,目前国家还没有颁布相应的计价标准,使得同一项工程造价悬殊很大。结合某企业轻钢厂房的工程实例,介绍如何在设计管理、招投标管理、合同管理及工程预结算管理中积极有效地进行投资控制。
Lightweight steel structure has short construction time for the whole project and the high degree of industrialization. Therefore, it is widely used in the workshop construction, but owing to it is an emerging technology, at present our government has not decreed the corresponding project price standards, which causes the identical project construction differing widely in cost. This article takes one of the light steel workshops project of a light steel enterprise in Nanyang city as an example, introduces how we should positively and effectively control the design management, the bids and invitation bids management, the contract management and the project generally budgets in the investment.
