摘要
阐述了影响粘土矿物白度的主要因素,指出铁、钛、碳等元素是影响粘土矿物白度的主要因素。介绍了物理法、化学法和微生物法等粘土矿物增白的常用方法,分析以上三种主要增白方法的原理、技术特点以及存在的问题。对未来粘土矿物除铁增白技术的发展前景进行了展望,指出粘土矿物增白技术将向着节能化、环保化、高效化的方向发展。
Main factors were pointed out based on the analysis of all kinds of factors that affect the whiteness of clay minerals. Several methods in common use including physical whiteness, chemical bleaching and microbial whiteness were introduced. Some problems existed in the progress of whitening were pointed out based on analyzing the principles and characteristics of the methods above. The development of bleaching technology of clay minerals is prospected to be energy-saving, environmental and high-effient.
