摘要
渤海浅层油藏大多数为胶结疏松的稠油油藏,这类油藏目前主要的开发方式是防砂开采,这样不仅束缚了油田的产能还增加了操作成本。在调研国内外出砂模拟实验的基础上,结合适度出砂理念,设计出了评价适度出砂对储层物性和孔隙结构参数影响的实验装置和流程。以NB35-2稠油油藏储层为研究对象,模拟现场完井方式,定量评价了不同驱替压差、不同原油黏度对不同类型储层出砂量、物性、孔隙结构参数的影响。其实验成果对于渤海稠油油藏实施适度出砂开采具有一定的指导意义。
Most of Bohai shallow oil reservoirs are loose heavy oil reservoirs. At present, the main development mode of these reservoirs is exploitation with sand-prevention. Based on the investigation of sand production simulated tests at home and abroad, combined the reasonable sand production theory, the paper designs a experimental apparatus and process to evaluate the influence of reasonable sand production on reservoir physical properties and pore structure parameters. Taking NB35 -2 heavy oil reservoir as an example, this paper simulates field completion and quantitatively evaluates the influence of different pressure and crude oil viscosity on different reservoir sand production rate, physical properties and pore structure parameters. The result has some guiding meaning for scientific production and administration in Bohai heavy oil reservoirs.
