性表达对发情雄性小鼠血清睾酮、雌二醇和间质细胞表达芳香化酶的影响

摘要 目的:研究性表达对发情雄性小鼠血清睾酮、雌二醇水平及睾丸组织芳香化酶表达的影响。方法:采用放射免疫法检测发情雄性小鼠性表达组与禁欲组血清睾酮、雌二醇水平以及睾丸组织雌二醇含量;采用原位杂交、免疫组织化学技术检测睾丸组织芳香化酶表达水平。结果:发情雄性小鼠性表达组血清雌激素水平显著性增高,性表达显著上调睾丸间质细胞芳香化酶表达;发情雄性小鼠性表达组睾丸组织匀浆上清液雌二醇浓度较禁欲组显著性升高。结论:性表达可能通过上调发情雄性小鼠睾丸间质细胞芳香化酶表达而提高外周血雌二醇水平。 Objective: To investigate the effects of sexual expression on serum testosterone, estradiol level and on aro- matase expression in leydig cells of estrous male mice Metluuls: Radioimmunity assay was used to detect the serum testosterone, estradiol level and the estradiol content in the testis. The aromatase expression in testis was examined by hybridization in situ and immunohistochemistry method. Results: The serum estradiol levels in sexual expression group was higher than that of the control group (sexual abstinence group) ; there was no significant difference in the levels of serum testosterone in the two groups. The aromatase expression of interstitial cells in the sexual expression group was stronger than that in the control group. Moreover, the estradiol content in the testicle tissues of sexual expression group was higher than that in the control group. Conclusion: Sexual expression may increase serum estradiol levels by up-regulating aromatase expression in the leydig cells.
