摘要
利用Hypermesh软件中的Optistruct模块建立了伺服压力机机身的三维有限元模型[1],对机身进行了静力和模态分析。应用渐进结构优化算法对机身进行了基于位移、应力和频率约束的拓扑优化,在满足压力机性能要求的条件下减轻了机身重量。为机身的合理设计与改进提供了可靠的依据。
The three-dimension FE model of servo press body has been built by use of Optistruct in Hypermesh software with analysis of the structure static and dynamic characteristic of the press body.The topology optimization has been done on the basis of distance, stress, and base-frequency constraints for the press body by using progressive structural optimization method.The results show that topology optimization is effective to reduce the weight of the press body which provides a reliable basis for reasonable structural design and improvement
