摘要
                
                    分析了1,8-二硝基蒽醌和1,5-二硝基蒽醌合成及分离的进展情况,介绍了一种通过转变1,8-二硝基蒽醌的结晶形态,利用两种物质的相对密度差异,通过旋液分离器在水相介质中,室温下,分离出高纯度1,8-二硝基蒽醌的工艺,该工艺分离出的1,8-二硝基蒽醌质量分数可达到99.5%以上,1,8-二硝基蒽醌分离收率可达到60%。
                
                The recent progress in the synthesis and separation of 1,8-dinitroanthraquinone and 1,5- dinitroanthraquinone was summarized in this review. A process technology of high purity 1,8-dinitroanthraquinone was introduced. Using transferring the crystalline form of 1,8-dinitroanthraquinone and utilizing the different relative density of the two compounds, 1,8-dinitroanthraquinone was separated through hydroeyclone in water at room temperature. The mass percent of 1,8-dinitroanthraquinone using this technology could reach 99.5% and the separating yield could reach 60%.
