摘要
运用能量色散谱(EDS)分析技术对同属常绿乔木抗旱抗寒性不同的祁连圆柏和圆柏在不同月份叶片元素质量分数进行分析,研究了两种圆柏属植物叶片元素的季节变化和抗旱抗寒性的关系.结果表明:祁连圆柏元素质量分数高低的顺序为Ca>K>Cl>Si>S>Mg>P>Na,而圆柏的为Ca>K>Cl>Si>S>P>Mg>Na.常温生长和低温休眠阶段Ca,Cl,Mg和Na在祁连圆柏和圆柏中的相对高低发生变化.在冬季,圆柏P和S积累较多,祁连圆柏Na,Mg,Si积累较多.圆柏属植物叶片元素季节的规律性变化是对环境的适应性反应.
The content of several elements in the leaves of Sabina chinensis and Sabina przcwalskii were determincd by EDS analysis in different months in order to probe into the seasoual variatious of their element content. The results showed that the elements content in leaves of Sabina przcwalskii was as follows: Ca〉K〉Cl〉Si〉S〉Mg〉P〉Na; however, in leaves of Sabina chinensis, Ca〉K〉Cl〉Si〉S〉P〉Mg〉Na. hi normal and cold season, distinction of Ca, C1, Mg and Na contents in Sabina przewalskii and Sabina chinensis changed. In winter, P and S accumulated in Sabina chinensis; however, Na, Mg and Si increased in Sabina przewalskii. So it was due to the characteristics of adaptation to temperature variation that the element content of leaves in Sabina przewalskii and Sabina chinensis changed following the above law.
