摘要
以发达国家种子产业百余年历史变迁和跨国种业公司发展趋势为实证分析对象,研究指出实施种子科技价值链创新管理是提升我国现代种业核心竞争力的关键路径。阐述了种子科技价值链的概念、结构、系统功能和企业环境生态要素,以及实施种子科技价值链创新管理的核心思想和对策建议。
The management of the science-technology value chain innovation of crop seed as the critical path of enhancing core competitiveness of Chinese modern seed industry was originated based on empirical analysis of the seed industry developed more than 100 years of history changes and the development trends of international seed enterprises. On the concept, structure, function and ecological elements of the business environment and the implementation of management of the core ideas and countermeasures of science-technology value chain innovation of crop seed were discussed.
