脑电分析对麻醉深度监测的应用进展 被引量:1

Application Progress of Electroencephalogram in Monitoring Depth of Anesthesia

摘要 儿童处于脑发育的关键时期,却对麻醉的主观反应力很差,故客观的麻醉深度监测就成为手术安全顺利进行及降低麻醉对儿童神经系统及心理发育损伤的关键。脑电图具有反映意识活动及无创性的优势,是检测麻醉深度中有潜力的方法。系统回顾脑电图在麻醉深度监测中的应用成就及进展,比较时阈分析、频阈分析、人工神经网络、麻醉趋势、定量药物脑电图监测等方法在临床应用中的优缺点,展望今后其应用于麻醉深度监测领域的发展。 Children are in key phase of brain development,while they has p oor subjective reactivity to anesthesia.So objective monitoring of depth of an esthesia became the key factor in ensuring operation proceeded smoothly with safety,decreasing the injury of anesthensia to children nervous system and me ntal growth.EEG has advantages of reflecting awareness activities with n oninvasive,an d is becoming a potential methods in detecting anesthesia depth.This ar ticle not only systematically reviews the application achievement and progress es in monitoring anesthetic depth,but also compares the advantages and disadv antages of many monitoring methods including time domain analysis,frequenc y domain analysis,artificial neural network,anesthetic tendency and quantit ative pharmaco-electroencephalography in clinical application as well as the ir development in future.
