摘要
血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)又称血管通透因子(VPF),是目前发现的一种强有力的血管生成和血管渗透促进因子。糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)是糖尿病最为常见的微血管并发症之一,其发病机制尚不完全清楚,一般认为是由于视网膜微血管系统受损所致。随着免疫生化技术,特别是单克隆抗体和分子生物学技术的应用,VEGF在DR方面的作用受到广泛重视。近年来,DR发生发展中有关VEGF的研究已取得了很大的进展。
Vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF） is also named as vascular permeability factor （VPF） ,which is a powerful angiogenesis and vascular diosmoais promoter discovered at present. Diabetic ret- inopathy （DR） is one of common micrangium complictions, of which the pathegenesis is not very clear, and often considered to result from impaired micrangium of retina. With the development of immune biochemistry technique, especially the application of monoclonal antibody and molecular biology technique, VEGF is attracting wide attention about its effect in DR. Studies about VEGF related to the genesis and development of DR have maken a great progress.
