摘要
对新疆生产建设兵团农五师84团与90团、农八师新业羊场及142团羊场健康绵羊的鼻拭、肛拭、青贮饲料、棉籽壳、饮水以及周围环境中的土壤进行检测。共检测220个样本,分离得到47株革兰氏阳性、成双或链状排列的球菌;经培养特性、生化特性鉴定,并针对肠球菌高保守的特异性tuf基因,设计的特异性引物对这47株分离株进行PCR扩增,对扩增产物进行分析。结果有4株为非肠球菌,其余43株均为肠球菌。结果表明羊体及其周围环境中肠球菌分布率达19.5%。
The nasal and anal swabs in healthy sheep and silage,cottonseed hull,water and the soil of their surrounding environment of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps,including the agricultural five division 84 Farm and 90 Farm,agricultural eight division Xin Ye sheep farm and 142 Farm were detected.47 Gram positive cocci were identified from 220 samples by cultural character,biochemical character,and PCR amplification.4 strains are non-Enterococci and 43 strains are Enterococci.Results showed that enterococcal distribution rate of sheep and their surrounding environment is 19.5%.
