摘要
利用RT-PCR技术对3株H5N1亚型高致病性禽流感病毒新疆株的NA基因进行了扩增,分别得到了3个毒株的NA基因,序列分析表明,3个毒株NA的全长核苷酸序列均为1 380 bp。同源性分析表明,3个分离株之间的核苷酸同源性在95.1%-97.9%之间;与来自青海、浙江、广东、东南亚等不同地区水禽禽流感病毒毒株的同源性为90.3%-98.8%;与分离自香港、浙江、越南等地区的流感病毒同源性为86.7%-97.9%。
The NA gene of A/Gs/XJ/10(H5N1),A/Duck/XJ/4(H5N1)and A/CH/XJ/5(H5N1)were amplified by RT-PCR and the products were cloned into pMD18-T vector respectively.The nucleotide sequences of the NA gene were all 1380bp in length.The sequence analyses showed that the nucleotide homology of Xinjiang three strains was 95.1%-97.9%.Comparison with the strains from wild birds of Qinghai,Zhejiang,Guangdong,HongKong and southeastern Asia indicated that the nucleotide homology was 90.3%-98.8%.Comparison with the human strains from Hong Kong,Vietnam and Zhejiang revealed that the nucleotide homology was 86.7%-97.9%.
