High performance liquid chromatography analysis of macrolide antibiotic residues in animal derived food

摘要 根据近几年国内外的发展趋势,综述动物性食品中大环内酯类抗生素的提取、净化等样品前处理方法和高效液相色谱分离及检测大环内酯类抗生素残留的条件,比较和讨论各种方法的特点和适用性。 The methods and recent development for high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) analysis of macrolide antibiotic residues in animal derived food have been reviewed. The characteristic and applicability of experiment conditions of extraction, clean up, separation and detection of macrolide antibiotics from animal derived food were summarized, and compared and discussed.
