摘要
[目的]调查上海市社区空巢老人的焦虑状况,并分析其主要影响因素。[方法]采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和一般情况问卷,对上海市闸北区抽调的4个居委会229名65岁以上的空巢老人进行入户调查,以了解其焦虑状况及主要影响因素。[结果]229名老年人中,63例有焦虑症状,患病率为27.5%。Logistic多元回归分析发现,影响其焦虑症状发生的主要因素为躯体疾病、宗教信仰、娱乐活动。[结论]上海市社区空巢老人的焦虑患病率较高,严重影响了其心理健康,应引起政府、民政部门、医护人员及社区居委会及家庭成员的高度重视。
Objective： To investigate the anxiety state of aged people of empty nest in community in Shanghai city, and to analyze its main influencing factors. Method： A total of 229 senile people of empty nest aged 65 years old and above in four communities sampled from Shanghai Zhabei district were investigated by filling out self- rating anxiety scale （SAS） and general state questionnaire. Both the anxiety state of them and its main influencing factors have been analyzed. Results： Among all 229 aged, 63 were found with some anxiety symptoms. The morbidity rate was 27.5 %. Results： Logistic multi - element regression analysis showed that main factors influencing the occurrence of anxiety of aged people were physical disease, religious belief and amusement. Conclusions： The prevalence of aged people of empty nest in community in Shanghai city was higher, which severely influenced their psychological health. Government, civil affair department, medical and nursing staffs and community and family members should pay more attention to this group of people.
