摘要
为实现高均匀性、高性能的NbTi/Cu多芯复合线的批量生产,需要优化多芯复合线的传统工艺。对复合线材均匀性和超导性能的研究结果表明:经优化后的拉拔-扒皮工艺完全可以取代传统的拉拔-轧制工艺且能改善NbTi/Cu超导线材的Jc值,为低温超导线材的推广使用打下了坚实基础。
The multifilamentary NbTi wires with diameter of 0.73mm and filament diameter of 5μm are prepared by new drawing and peeling method for international thermonuclear experimental reactor(ITER)poloidal field coils. The microstructure of the wires are investigated by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and critical currents are measured by the standard four probe method at 4. 2K in different magnetic fields. The results indicate that the new drawing-peeling method can improve Jc properties,which shows a great potential to fabricate NbTi wires on an indus- trial scale for ITER project.
