摘要
苏州博物馆新馆采用钢结构仿造古建筑,众多构件在节点处交汇且空间关系复杂,设计采用铸钢节点形式,铸钢节点杆件相交最多达10根钢管。目前《钢结构设计规范》(GB 50017-2003)对于此类节点计算还没有相关规定,为全面了解节点的受力特性,确保结构在设计荷载下的安全可靠,根据设计要求对9杆和10杆相交的两类铸钢节点进行了6个足尺节点模型试验,并进行了详细的有限元分析,研究成果可为设计提供参考依据。
The cast steel joints used in Suzhou New Museum connecting up to 9 or 10 members together are unusual and complicated. However, there are no relevant regulations on the calculation of such joints in "Code for Design of Steel Structures'(GB 50017 2003). To investigate the mechanical characteristics of the joints and ensure the safety of the joints and whole structure under the applied load, the experimental research on 2 types of total 6 full-scale joint models was carried out according to the design requirements. Meanwhile, the accurate finite element analysis was conducted. Through the comparison between the experimental results and finite element analysis results,the comprehensive understanding of the mechanical characteristics of such joints was obtained and the reference basis for design was provided.
