摘要
对几种黏土原料和泥浆等所含微量盐类离子进行试验分析,得出电瓷产品伞尖析晶起泡的原因:硫酸盐的分解温度较高,当釉已经熔融,釉层封闭后硫酸盐还没有分解完全,分解所产生的气体无法及时排出。提出了几种解决方案,经试验证明,较好的方案是在配方中引入易溶的1^#钡盐。1^#钡盐中的钡离子易与硫酸根离子形成难溶的硫酸钡,均匀地分布在坯体中,能更有效地抑制产品伞尖析晶起泡。
Experiment and analysis on trace content of salt ions was made on some clay mineral and slurry, and the causes of formulation of bubble on shed tips of insulator were revealed. It is attributed to high resolution temperature of sulphate, at which the glaze meets and the glaze coating seals off, but the sulphate resolution process has not completed yet and the decomposed gas can not escape from the glaze coating. Some solutions were put forward. Best proved solution is introducing in composition easy-soluble baric salt 1", of which barium ion links with sulphate radical ion, composing nonsoluble barium sulphate evenly dispersed in porcelain body, thus the formation of bobbles at shed tips can be effectively restrained.
