摘要
责任保险的积极价值在于它能分散被保险人的风险,并能为受害人提供补偿保障,同时也可打消被保险人从事过度防御的动因。责任保险也有可能产生负面影响,即影响侵权责任的阻却功能的发挥。从整体上看,责任保险具有正面的社会价值。
The positive effect of liab enough indemnity for the victim of lense.
