摘要
劳工保护已成为当今全球社会责任运动的焦点之一,以SA8000为代表的社会责任认证标准对企业人力资源管理提出了新的要求,中国企业尤其是劳动密集型企业必须应对新形势的挑战,从管理制度、管理机制、激励机制、员工关系、学习机制等方面深化改革,大胆创新基于社会责任的人力资源管理模式。
Labor protection has become one of the focal issues of social responsibility in the contemporary world. The social responsibility certification standards represented by SASO00 have put forward new requirements for corporate human re- sources management. Chinas enterprises, particularly those labor-intensive ones, must face up to the challenges posed by the new situation, deepen their reforms in terms of management system and mechanism, motivation system, relationship with employees, and learning mechanism, and boldly innovate their human resources management mode based on social re- sponsibility.
