摘要 采用弹性力学有限元方法研究滚柱体式超越离合器的工作特性,分析该离合器摩擦自锁性能和锁紧中的滚柱体与内外圈的接触强度特性.建立该离合器的摩擦及强度性能分析的数学模型.进行实例计算分析,验证了该方法的有效性.通过数值分析,揭示了该离合器的结构形式、接触状态和载荷大小与其承载性能及其强度的内在关系,提出了摩擦自锁条件及滑动摩擦区间计算的新方法,为滚柱体式超越离合器的设计和应用提供理论基础. By adopting elastic mechanics finite element method, the performance of surpassing clutch with multiple roll bodies contacting type is proposed. The performance of self-locking and contact strength in the roll body and races of the surpassing clutch are analyzed. Then the mathematical model to analyze friction and strength performance of this clutch is set up. Through computational analysis of illustration, this method is proved to be valid. Numerical analysis discloses the internal relationship between clutch structure, contact state and load, load-bearing performance and strength. Furthermore, a new method to compute friction self-locking condition and friction interval is put forward, which provides theoretic foundation for design and application of surpassing clutch with roll bodies.
