摘要
分析了某电厂3号炉空气预热器漏风的原因及其影响因素,结合3号炉实际运行情况和空气预热器结构,设计、制定了双密封改造方案。改造实施后,大幅度地降低了回转式空气预热器的漏风率,改善了空气预热器的换热和流通阻力性能,提高了锅炉及机组运行的经济性。
The causes and affecting factors of air - leakage in the rotary air preheater of boiler no. 3 in one power plant have been analysed. Combining with the practical operating condition of boiler no. 3 and the structural design of its air preheater, a retrofit scheme of double sealing has been worked out. After implementation, the airleakage rate of the rotary air preheater has been decreased by a big margin, improving the performance of heat transfer and flow resistance for the said air preheater, enhancing the economic efficiency in operation of the boiler and unit.
