摘要
多倍体组合吉2000-4是2000年以本所自育的多粒二倍体雄性不育系吉75-28ms为母本，胚珠诱变四倍体纯系96-89-09-3-2为父本，按母、父比例3：1杂交育成。经两年小区试验结果优良，于2003-2005年参加全国甜菜品种区域试验，根据东北的宁安、范家屯，华北的林西、包头及西北的酒泉、黄羊镇、伊犁地区试验结果：平均根产量比对照（吉甜301和甜研309的平均值）提高8．5％，含糖率比对照提高O．4度，产糖量比对照提高10．8％。该组合含糖率及产量均偏高且稳定，产糖量超过对照10％以上，抗褐斑病、耐根腐病，附合国家标准型甜菜新品种标准。
The polyploid combination Ji 2000 - 4 was bred by the mothered of ovule inducing, its female parent was diploid male sterile strain Ji75 - 28ms which was bred by our own institution in 2000, its male parentage was the pure tetraploid isozygoty strain of ovule 96 - 89 - 09 - 3 - 2, the rate of its female parent and male parentage under the con- dition of natural hybridization was 3-1. Through 2 years experiment, the result was better. During 2003 - 2005, it took part in the beet varieties domain experiment in the whole country. The result in l＇qian and Fanjiattm to the northeast, Linxi and Baotou to Huabei and Jiuquan, Huangyang town, Yili to the northwest was following. The average yield of roots was higher than check（The average Jitian301 and Tianyan304）,the rate was 8.5% .The rate of sugar was higher than check,it was improved 0.4 degree.The yield of sugar was improved 10.8% .The rate of sugar and yield of this combination was higher and steady, while this combination resisted brown rot and root rot, it reached the standard of new beet varieties.
