摘要
就黄芩在细胞染色体观察、组织培养与次生代谢产物诱导条件,多倍体诱导,品种鉴定和遗传转化技术等方面研究进展做了综述.对今后的主要研究方向和可能的研究热点做了预测,旨在为中草药生物技术研究和开发提供基础资料.
In recent years, as the advancement of medical value of Scutellaria baicalensis, the tissue culture and genetic transformation of Scutellaria baicalensis had been paid more attention and got encouraging achievement. The recent progresses of studies of Scutellaria baicalensis in the domestic and overseas has been summed up, which from tissue culture, variety identification and genetic transformation level. Moreover, future prospect in research direction and meaning are also briefly prospected.
