摘要 本文介绍了光纤光栅应变和温度传感的原理,完成了光纤光栅用于应变和温度传感的初步实验。分析表明波长为827nm的光纤光栅应变灵敏度为0.65pm/με,温度灵敏度为5.2pm/C。实际测量表明应变灵敏度为0.66pm/με,温度灵敏度为5.62pm/C。计算值与实验结果吻合。 In this paper the theory of strain/ temperature sensor based on optic- fiber grating is presented. And its features have been carried out experimentally. The sensitivity of strain is 0. 66 pm/με and that of temperature is 5. 62 pm/ C. And by calculation, the former is 0. 62 pm/με; the latter is 5. 2 pm/C, with the light source wavelength of 827 nm. The both are in agreement on each pair of them. well.
