摘要
网络成瘾是青少年经常发生的一种特殊类型的成瘾行为,它对青少年的身心健康发展具有很大的伤害性。对青少年网络成瘾行为进行有效干预具有十分重要的意义。本文从心理干预、药物干预、社会干预三个视角考察了国内外近年来青少年网络成瘾干预的研究成果,在此基础上提出了现有研究的问题与未来研究的展望。
Internet addiction is a kind of special addiction behavior often occurred in adolescents which can be harmful to adolescents＇ mental and physical health. Therefore, effective intervention to adolescents＇ internet addiction is of great significance. This paper reviews research on intervention to adolescents＇ internet addiction both home and abroad in recent years in terms of psychological intervention, medical intervention, and social intervention. And based on this, existing problems and future prospects of research in this field are also proposed in this paper.
