摘要
采用宏观和微观腐蚀形貌观察、化学成分分析、金相分析、力学性能测试以及相关的理论计算对40CrNiMo钻杆钎头断裂失效的原因进行分析。结果表明:40CrNiMo钻杆钎头发生的是冲击疲劳断裂;材质韧性不足、粗糙表面或内部较大的夹杂物共同促进了裂纹发生,并导致最终断裂。
Visual examination, chemical analysis, metallographic examination, scanning electronic microscope examination and mechanical test were used to analyze the fracture reason of 40CrNiMo drill. The results indicate that 40CrNiMo presents a impact fatigue type of failure. The occurrence of failure was caused by lack of ductility, coarse surface and big impurity in material.
