摘要
以半边莲为材料,对全草中的生物碱进行了粗提,并对胃癌细胞BG-38生长抑制作用进行了测定.结果表明:半边莲生物碱对胃癌细胞BG-38有一定的抑制作用,随着生物碱浓度的升高,抑制作用加强;当药液浓度为300mg.L-1时,对胃癌细胞的抑制率最高,达85.6%.随着作用时间的延长,总体趋势是抑制作用也加强,当作用时间达16h时,达到最大值(90.3%),但时间再延长抑制率反而略有下降.
Rough alkalids were extracted from Lobelia chinensis Lout, and their inhibitory effects were tested on the growth of cancer cells. The results showed that the alkaloids of L. chinensis had the inhibitory effects on the growth of cancer cell BG-380. The inhibition aggravated with the increase of alkaloid concentration. As the 300mg·L^-1 of alkaloids added in to the cultured cell BG - 38, the inhibitory rate raised to 85.6%. It was found that the inhibi- tory rate increased with the prolong of alkaloid treated, and the rate was recorded as 90.3% on 16 hs of treatment, however the rate decreased to some extent with further treatement.
