摘要
采用改性膨润土催化乳酸与正丁醇的酯化反应来制备乳酸丁酯。通过设计正交实验考察了酸醇比、催化剂用量以及反应时间等因素对合成乳酸丁酯反应的影响。经减压蒸馏得到精制的产品,并对产品进行红外光谱分析,红外谱图与文献一致。结果表明:在适宜反应条件下,乳酸正丁酯收率可达94%。
Butyl lactate was synthesized using modified bentonite as catalyst. The influence of many factors, such as the ratio of lactic acid to butanol, the amount of catalyst and the reaction time with regard to the yield of butyl lactate were studied with orthogonal experiment method. According to the data of experiments, the optimum parameters were decided. The product was obtained in yield 93.99% under the optimum conditions. The product was purified by vacuum distillation and identified by infrared spectrometer, the IR result was agreed with that of the literature.
