摘要
对Ｙ５００－２型高速柔性轴电机进行了全面的振动测试。测得了机组的振动量值，对测得的振动信号进行了波形分析、转速谱阵分析及轴心运动轨迹分析。经过试验振动分析，诊断出Ｙ５００－２型机组发生振动故障的原因，同时对该机组作出了振动强度的评价。
This paper introduces the whole vibration test process of Y500 2 type high speed flexible shaft motor. Tested vibration signal wave form analysis, speed spectrum matrix analysis, and shaft centerline orbit analysis are made. The reason of vibration fauilt of Y500 2 was diagnoscd by tcsting vibration analysis. In the mean time, estimation of vibration stress for motor is made.
