摘要
目的研究布氏菌病试管凝集试验(SAT)前带现象产生原因,为进一步有针对性的寻找清除的方法提供依据。方法(1)对在SAT中产生前带现象的所有血清检测不完全抗体;(2)对产生前带现象的全部65份血清提高抗原浓度重做试管凝集试验,观察抗原抗体比例。结果产生前带现象的血清管不完全抗体检测阳性率为100%;其血清存在抗原抗体比例失调,而且稀释倍数越低失调越严重。结论布氏菌病试管凝集试验前带现象产生原因是血清中存在不完全抗体竞争抗原而造成抗原抗体比例失调。
Objective To study the production reason of prozone phenomenon in SAT of brucellosis, To provide a basis for we further has looked for the method of the elimination. Methods （ 1 ） To＇examinate incomplete antibody to all blood serum of production prozone phenomenon in SAT ; （ 2 ） We have reworked SAT to all 65 blood serums of production prozone phenomenon by enhancing the antigen concentration and have observated the proportion of antigen and antibody. Results The positive rate of incomplete antibody was 100% in blood serum tube of production prozone phenomenon; Them blood serum existenced antigen and antibody imbalance and the imbalance was heavier at dilution multiple lower. Conclusions Production reason of Prozone Phenomenon in SAT of Brucellosis was being the incomplete antibody competition antigen in the blood serum which result in the antigen and antibody imbalance.
