摘要
溶胶—凝胶法是制备陶瓷膜常用的方法,本文综述了其在我国制备Al2O3、SiO2、TiO2、ZrO2等陶瓷膜及其复合膜过程中的应用和发展。
Sol-gel process is a usual method in preparing of ceramic membrance. This paper reviews its application and progress in preparing of Al2O3 、SiO2、 TiO2、ZrO2 ceramic membrance and composite membrance in china.
