摘要
用三维有限元法对某150 MW汽轮发电机组低压转子的临界转速进行了计算,提出了2种模化长叶片的方法,将计算结果和传统计算方法所得结果以及现场实测数据进行比较,表明所提出的2种模化方法都是可行的,为其它长叶片转子振动计算的有限元三维实体建模提供一定的借鉴作用。
The critical speed of the low-pressure rotor of a 150MW steam turbo-generator set has been calculated by the 3D finite element method. Two ways of simulating long blades, used in the mentioned calculation, are proposed. Comparing the calculation results with those obtained by traditional methods, and also with data obtained on site, prove that both ways of simulation are feasible and may thus serve to a certain extent, as a reference for 3D modeling concrete bodies, when using finite element methods for vibration calculating of rotors with long blades.
