摘要
伴随着产品微型化的趋势,介观尺度下的加工技术发展和研究也得到了前所未有的重视。微冲压成形技术是一种最重要的微成形技术,由于受到尺度效应的影响,传统的成熟冲压成形理论不能直接应用于微冲压成形领域。文章介绍了有关微冲压技术的研究现状,详细分析了与微冲压成形工艺密切相关的材料模型、摩擦模型、数值仿真建模和加工设备等方面的技术特点,并结合相关研究成果对于材料流动应力应变关系建模提出了一些方法。
With the requirements of the miniaturization in electronics and other mini devices, Micro/Meso manufacturing technology research are widely emphasized. Micro/Meso stamping is an important with high productivity to form micro metal sheet parts. However the know-how in traditional stamping process can not be directly used in Micro/Meso stamping field because of so-called size effects. The state of art concerned with Micro/Meso stamping research in introduced here. Four kinds of research problems related with Micro/Meso stamping are material model, friction model, FEM simulation model, Micro/Meso stamping device and micro mould design which are detailed discussed. Some methods about flow stress modeling of Micro/Meso metal sheet is also introduced.
